Refund & Return Policy

All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than a manufacturing error.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Made-to-Order Items

  • All products are printed only after an order is placed

  • We do not keep pre-made inventory

  • For this reason, all sales are final


Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.


Eligible Issues (We’ll Fix These)

Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a clear error on our end, such as:

  • A printing defect or damage

  • The wrong size was sent (different from what was ordered)

  • The wrong item was sent

If any of the above occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


How to Report an Issue

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please email littlechaosclothingcompany@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur due to the printing process and are not considered defects

  • Items damaged due to normal wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for refunds
