All of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than a manufacturing error.
Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Items

All products are printed only after an order is placed

We do not keep pre-made inventory

For this reason, all sales are final
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect address provided at checkout
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
Eligible Issues (We’ll Fix These)
Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a clear error on our end, such as:

A printing defect or damage

The wrong size was sent (different from what was ordered)

The wrong item was sent
If any of the above occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes

Minor variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur due to the printing process and are not considered defects

Items damaged due to normal wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for refunds
